L&T,Bombay Dyeing ink Rs2k-cr deal

Larsen & Toubro will develope bombay Dyeing two real estate assets in Wadala,Mumbai. L&T will receive Rs2000 crore to develope these projects. The project involves about 4million sq.ft. at Worli and 5million sq.ft. at Wadala.The development at Wadala is to be completed by the end of December 2011.Bombay Dyeing had formed a joimt venture with L&T to bid for redevelopment projects in Mumbai. L&T & Tamil Nadu Industrial development Corporation(Tidco)have signed joint venture agreement to set up an integrated shipyard complex with a port facility at a total investment of about Rs3000 crore at Kattupalli village near Ennore in Tamil Nadu's Tiruvallur district.
